Technical Problem: Power DVD

Hi! I'm new to this community and I recently tried capping a movie. But somehow, it doesn't work. when I press C or I click on the kamera button. it says Capture, but I neither can paste the image in my Photoshop nor can I capture them to file. I read the tutorials and did the same things as the people who wrote them, but it doesn't work. I hope you can help me.
