Starsky & Hutch movie trailer..request

Hi, new here...found you guys thru icon_tutorial :) I use PSP 7, which can screen cap..but am having one heck of a time trying to cap something off the internet, specifically, movie trailers!

So I guess this is a 2 part request, lol...1. is there a tutorial anywhere that tells step by step HOW to get screen caps off the internet/movie trailers. and 2. if somebody COULD get me some caps from the Starsky and Hutch trailer...the "do it" scene, where Ben Stiller's in the green leisure suit talking to the waitress?? A still of him pointing would be awesome :)

In return, I make icons, and I'd be more than thrilled to repay whoever could do this with some new user icons, anything they wanted :) Thanks in advance :)
