I Feel so Stupid and Annoying...

I feel so stupid and annoying for asking this, but I'm going insane over it...

Now, here's the deal, I can't play DVDs through my computer, but do have Dazzle enabled and connected to a DVD player/VHS player. Now, the questions I have are these: Is there a program that will allow me to make nice clean caps from clips ALREADY stored on my computer and does PowerDVD etc and so on allow captures through a device such as Dazzle?

If there isn't a program than may I ask if there is a way I CAN "printscreen/copy" a paused frame and paste it into PS? An update or something?

Again, I feel horrible for asking that since I sound like such a newb, but I really do desire to gain my own captures and share them thru this and other similar communities.

Under the cut is the list of DVDs I have that aren't in the memories (or capped in its entirety). Does anyone want any caps? Ask for a specific scene and I will try to cap like mad. Otherwise, I'll just cap it randomly.
