Lost Episode 3 Screencaps - HDTV!

LOST caps! These are for the most recent episode, "Tabula Rasa." Sorry they're a little late. I fell asleep while they were uploading. :/ The specs are the same as the previous, HDTV, 1280x720, but I split this week's into several zip files based on act. The second zip file, I think, contains two acts though. But still better than the 90 MB it would have been if they weren't split.

The total this week is 1189. :)

Does anyone know how do I fix this shit?
I downloaded BS Player. So cute, so fine, play everything... but I download the player to make screencaps (because I can't make this with my WMP).
When I try to make a screencap, I have this:

I think it's a configuration problem, but I don't understand NOTHING about it. My video configuration it's ok, I did some caps with VirtualDub and it looks fine...

... but this program cap every second. In 3 minutes I got 1700 caps, it's a pain clean the double images.
Can you help me?

WinDVD Platinum

Okay. So I've got WinDVD Platinum. Just got it today. It's installed and playing fine... but the 'capture image' feature is "grey"ed out under 'Bookmark/Capture...' part. Whaaaat does that mean? How do I fix it? Do I need to activate it. I've tried that as well, but I'm at a loss for the "license key."
