caping .mpa?

I'm sorry if this has been asked before but I can't seem to find the answer for this question in the memories.

I'm trying to take some screen caps of a .mpa file. It runs in pretty much all my media players expect PowerDVD and that is the only media player I can take screen caps with ;_;
So my question is :
IS there any way I could take a screen cap using something that CAN run .mpa files? Or is there a place that I can download a .mpa plug for PowerDVD?

Any and all help will appreciated, thank you.

I’m not exactly sure what the name of this music video is, I just know that it’s a Lee Jung Hyum song and that it’s off the Let’s Go To My Star album. If any one could translate what’s written HERE or in some of the caps and tell me what the title of this music video is I’ll appreciate it a lot and I’ll change the title of the post. But in the mean time with music video will have to go unnamed
