There was a program I got on a rec here that I rather liked, and for the life of me I can't remember what it was called (This being a new computer about 600 miles away from my other computer >_>)
But anyways. You could run .avis and such through it, and you could go frame-by-frame, mostly for capping. It was a pretty small program.
Help?
