Help with .bik screencapping

Okay, does anyone know a good way to screencap a .bik file?

WooHoo! Thank you guys!

Basically I used Bink to convert the .bik file to .avi using the DivX Codec, then open the .avi in BSPlayer to screencap.

Here are 1114 screencaps from the new King Kong =)! They aren't from the whole film, just the clips located here and the NBC exclusive preview that was aired during another movie a few weeks ago. The NBC clip caps are better quality and 624x352 and the IGN clips are lower quality (though still very much icon-able) and 640x340. I hope these will be of use to some, I myself can't wait to use them =D!
