Alias - Season One, anyone?

I've got DVD quality versions of all the episodes from season one, so if anyone would like caps (they'd be sized 640x352), just comment with the episode number and title. I know Alias-Media has caps of all these episodes, but the quality is kinda grainy and I'm anal enough to where I just want my own caps :P

I'm viewing these episodes for the first time, so again, please just include the episode title and number in your comment - no descriptions! If you spoil me, I will NOT fill your request. Also, I've already watched 1x01 and 1x02 (and I'm about to go watch 1x03) so if you request one of those episodes, it might take me a bit longer to do them, since I don't wanna re-watch them for another week or two.

i want to make caps..i have loots of dvds. on my computer i have windvd, and i read the memories and if i remember correctly you can't make caps with that.
is there anyway that somebody that has a different program could send it to me? i'd be forever greatful :)
