There are 327 caps in the zip file (18.4MB), all images are 1010x570, samples are below the cut (click on the image to see it full size).

You can find the caps at the InTheMoonlight.net under extras (if you're not a member, sign up - you can grab the caps without signing up, but if you like Naboo... join!).
Also on there are caps for all of series 1, and also ep 2x01, The Call of the Yeti. Keep checking back, because I fully intend to cap the lot of them and have them on my site.
As a side note, if you have problems downloading the zips, I'm afraid I'm not going to upload all these pictures separately. Series 1 have been on my fanlisting since November and only came down this week. I'm not putting them up so quickly after taking them down.
Credit: If you use these caps for layouts and icons, etc, then credit is not necessary (although it would be very nice of you), if you put batches of these on websites, I definitely need credit, by way of a link to the Naboo Fanlisting
