Quick question about capping

Does anyone know of a screencapping program that you can open a file in and *not* have to be watching what you're capping to cap it? I mean, I know with PDVD you can just hit the capture button, but when you have a lot of stuff to cap, and not a lot of time. I've found the Frameshots program works really well, but if you use the trial version you get a watermark right in the middle. It takes about a quarter of the time though.

Anyone know of any free ones?

I haven't gone through and taken out any blurry ones, but I figure you would know how to fix them or not to use them if they were blurry ^_^ I have samples and a zip file that is a whopping 119 MB in size at my personal journal.
