okay i hope i'm allowed to post it here...but anyway i REALLY NEED HELP!

im trying to do automated screencaps in VLC.. you know every so many seconds. but i dont know what to hit to get those caps starting. i thought it did earlier but i cant find the images :X please someone help me!!!!!!!!!!
