Torrents, anyone?

Just a question out of curiosity: I'm toying with the idea of creating .torrent files for the downloading of my caps.  You would need to download a program such as BitLord (available here, and which by the way is free and only 1.29 meg) in order to download them, but the .torrent files are tiny compared with .zip files (for example, I managed to fit almost 1500 caps into a file that wasn't even 200 kilobytes, not megabytes).  This would make downloading much quicker, and would allow webmasters to store loads of files on their own sites instead of having to find somewhere to upload often huge files ... BitLord, by the way, also has a facility to make .torrent files out of directories.

So ... what do people think?  Would anyone be interested, or should I stick with uploading .zip files?  .torrents really are easy and would save many people a lot of space on their drives/websites, with only .torrents instead of .zips.  Just curious to know peoples' thoughts.
