For the cappers, I was wondering if any of you use Ifranview. If you do do you set it to autocap or do you do it manually? I've been playing with the autocap function but I dunno, feels sort of like cheating to me.

Vidcapping question ahoy!

Mods please say if this post isn't kosher and I'll delete ASAP, but I need a little help.

I've been using BSplayer to cap from .avi files. Somehow I've managed to erase the string of wildcards that enables sequential numbering in the new file name field, in the General Preferences window. Could someone who uses this program tell me what that string of characters at the end is, so I can add it back in please?
