screencapping region 2 dvds

okay... im having a problem. i can't play my region 2 dvds in powerdvd. it tells me it can't or it freezes up.

so i need a screencapper that will do FRAME by FRAME (unlike VLC....although VLC is the only player i can get to play it right now). it freezes up in windows media player classic too btw.

someone help!
