I have seen a LOT of gallery websites hacked into in recent days and weeks. The hackings involve the injection of malicious code into any executable page resulting in redirection to the hackers website and trojans being passed on to visitors. Many website owners and visitors to such sites are oblivious to what is happening. Those running Coppermine are especially at risk but everybody needs to check their websites by going here and running a quick scan on the domain name:

If you have been infected you need to take your whole website offline (not just the gallery) strait away and then go to the Coppermine forum for detailed instructions on how to undo the damage. If your site comes up clean you need to immediately update to the latest version of Coppermine(if that's what you are using) to prevent it from happening to you.

If you are not running Coppermine you still need to check as there are similar exploits in a few other applications that can be passed on.
