peacefully.livejournal.comI'll be honest here and say I really dropped the ball when it comes to this community, I haven't had the time or energy for it in about two years, and I apologize. For awhile, I gave it to someone else, but they have decided to leave. None of my friends have the time or energy for this community, and I don't know anyone I trust with it. So I'm left with two options, leave it unmoderated and untended, or give it to a stranger.
Now, Cap_it mostly runs itself, but occasionally there are issues with memories (which aren't kept up) and tags (which have their own issues), or people breaking rules. So I think someone needs to step in.
I'm sort of at a loss as to how to choose someone though. If I did applications like I did for moderators in the past, they could easily wander off like the moderators I chose did.
Any ideas on how to pick someone?
I suppose if anyone out there has some experience with moderating/running large communities and feel they have the time to run cap_it, they could send me a message via livejournal (messages, not comments).
