A Tutorial On How To Automatically Screencap With VLC

I made this tutorial awhile ago, but just "advertising" it again because I edited and added some new things to it. (And more and more people seem to be wanting to learn how to screencap with VLC also.) VLC, I have found, screencaps easily and gives screencaps that are very high-quality images--all and all, a very worthwhile free screencapping program.

And when I say "automatically" cap, I mean let the computer do it for you--all you do is set up the preferences/options and just sit back and relax while it caps the movie/video file. :)
