Help with PowerDVD

scap_itHey! I have windows xp and I have PowerDVD. The first time I used it, I wasn't able to screencap it. When I did, it would just show up as a black square. Then I tried a few days later and I was able to screencap it and get the picture. It's been about a week or more since then and I'm trying to screencap a movie again and the blackbox is showing up instead of the picture. Can anyone help me with this? I want to be able to screencap on PowerDVD. Thanks!!!
