i downloaded two of the zip files, but i'm not able to open the pictures in photoshop - it gives me an error about unknown/invalid jpg marker types. any idea? :\

No clue. :\ try redownloading them? I just opened the zip files on my computer and they work perfectly fine.

I just had the same thing happen. I just opened them in Paint and resaved them. It's a pain, but I don't know what would be causing it.
