Okay I worked out how to convert loads of images so I thought I would come and tell you guys. This really only applies if you want to move a lot of images from one format (say bmp) to another (say jpeg) for example if you capped a film and needed to upload them to a server...
In psp8
File>Batch>Process
Then you need to find and select all the images you wish to be converted. To select them all within a folder click the first one, then press shift then click the last one and they should all be highlighted.
In file type find the type of files they are. Then go down to save options and under type find the type you want to convert them to (usually jpeg for uploading to the net) then under folder find the folder where you want them to be placed after they have been converted. (Note: it is a good idea to make another folder seperate from the one where the pictures are atm.)
Click start and watch the show!!
