First, I would like to apologize to all members of the community for my slowness in updating the memories, and for my inattention to group matters over the past week. I've been very busy with real life and have not been able to devote proper attention to the comm. or it's members. I have chosen one moderator, so far, and we are currently discussing ways to improve the group, yet maintain a fresh and fun atmosphere for all. I am still in discussion with the 2nd moderator candidate, but hope that things will be settled with her within the next few days.

I've already given adolwyn moderator status, so please welcome her to the team with open arms! Once the 2nd moderator is in place, the three of us will begin going over all of the posts that I have not been able to archive, as well as tightening the rules. The rules as they stand at the moment did well enough when there were less than 100 members in the group, but now that we are pushing 340 members, the same rules just won't do. There are other changes planned for the future, but rest assured that they are all good things that won't bite. ^_^x

That said, I'm going to get some shut eye. Goodnight all!

Well I just stumbled across this community and thought I would go ahead and share. I took about 250 caps of Kissing Jessica Stein for a friend of mine last night and uploaded them to my server.

Feel free to use 'em. If you want to comment/credit you're my hero. :)

Pride and Prejudice and Importance of Being Earnest caps

I've uploaded 569 Pride and Prejudice caps (the Colin Firth version) to my new photobucket account, as well as a few The Importance of Being Earnest caps. You can find them under their respective albums.

Excuse the slightly off-topic post here, but since today is Icon Makers Appreciation Day, I just wanted to extend that a bit and thank all of the people here who help make icon making easier by creating screen caps. I know that in the short time I've been a member here, this group has been INVALUABLE and I'm constantly amazed at the generosity, helpfulness and sharing spirit that I've found here. As I don't have the means to make screen caps myself, I would be lost without groups like this. I hope that one day I can contribute as well, to give back to everyone who has helped me out so much.

Night of the Living Dead - remade 1990 version. Just a few clear shots of the lead characters would make me very happy. ^_^

Return of the Living Dead - (alternate title: Revenge of the Living Dead)--I just want Suicide caps. ^_^

I have a technical question that I'm hoping I can get answered here.

I've noticed that a few of you have started to zip all you screencap files. I'm able to zip them (using a sample version of winzip i downloaded) but I'm not sure how to upload it on to the web so people can download.

Also Do you guys prefer screencaps being posted in a zip file or uploaded to photobucket for you to look at/save? Thanks.

I know that there was a user that posted a post a while ago about her Children of Dune screencaps (i love them! ^0^). So does anyone know where I can find Dune screencaps? Not the 1984 version (lol). *kicks her DVD drive* Work! v.v
