How to cap in Realplayer

I have Realplayer version 10.0 and I have no idea how to cap in it. Can anybody help me?

Capping Questions

I hope these types of posts are allowed, but I'm hoping some of you may have answers to some of my questions about capping and such.

-I currently have WinDVD 2000 (it came with my computer, old version, I know). I am able to cap my DVD's with it, however, I'd like to know if it's possible to cap any of my WMP or RealPlayer files with it. And if I can, how do I do it?

-Like I said, I have WinDVD 2000 and am able to cap my DVD's with it. Yet whenever I cap anything, they are .bmp's and I'd much rather they be in .jpg form. Is there an easier way to convert .bmp's to .jpg's instead of doing it one by one which can take hours?

-I'm also in the process of creating my Christmas list *ahem* and wanted to know if it's worth putting WinDVD 5 on it, or is WinDVD 2000 good enough?

Since someone linked to the BSPlayer, I've gone a little overboard with teh caps. And it's all their fault.

Anyway. Found a video file of a CNN interview from back just a bit before Underneath came out, and capped it. (Is it just me, or does Taylor look freakish with the stubble? Shave it, Taylor! For the love of all things holy, SHAVE THE STUBBLE!)

Ahem. Moving on. I can't really remember where I got the video from. I think it was hitzdiary.com, but I'm not entirely sure, and I'm too lazy to check. So just lookit teh pretteh and be happy, mmkay?
