Remember that follow-up poll I posted a few weeks ago that asked your opinions about those DVD lists? Well, I'm going to post a summary under the cut and have also included one final poll for you all to answer. I have two possible solutions in mind and I'd like to know which one the majority of you prefer.
It seems that 31% of you feel the constant DVD list postings are irritating. Not a majority, I grant that, but that's still a signifigant percentage of people who are irritated by them.
One out of every four people who post a DVD list don't plan on completing every request they get.
Only 12% of the people who have posted a DVD list complete all the requests they receive. 41% complete almost all of their requests and 25% complete about half the requests they receive.
Of people who have requested, only 24.5% of respondants have had every request filled. 33% have had some of their requests filled and a whopping 43% have never had a request filled when they request via a DVD list.
When I asked if these DVD lists should be banned from the community altogether, only 20% of people agreed.
60% of everyone who answered felt that DVD list posting should, however, be restricted (once a week or somesuch other regulation).

Now, having read all the above, here's the poll:
Option A:
People may post lists directly to the community, under a cut, on one specific day a week that has been set aside as a DVD-list posting day. If they are posted any other day of the week or not under a cut, those posts will be treated like movie requests (deleted and warned).
Option B:
Anyone who has a list they would like to post must first put it up on a website (free or otherwise) and then post a comment to a specific post with the link to it. The mods will then add the link to a centrally maintained list archived in the memories. Users who would like to request a scene/movie must then e-mail the owner of the list. This method would mean that no lists would be posted directly to the community.
Option C:
People may post lists on any day of the week, under a cut, but they must also post a scene or movie's worth of caps with the list. One cap won't cut it, nor will a "just to make this legal, here's a link to all the movies I've already capped" type post. Caps must be new in order to post a request.
