There are caps of Romeo + Juliet up here in my journal. (Links to post with sample caps and download info.)

Hallo! New member here. I have a technical question, and I hope it's not totally out of place. I want to make caps of my DVDs on my computer, and I have Intervideo WinDVD 5 for Sony VAIO. On InterVideo's website they said that WinDVD 5 COULD take caps, and that all I had to do was either click on the little camera thingie or press "p", and that there was a folder to store all of my caps. Problem is, my computer DOESN'T have a folder for screen captures, and my version of WinDVD 5 doesn't have a camera icon thing. Does anybody know what's up with that?

Also, I've tried making caps on Windows Media Player (XP version) by first pausing the DVD, hitting the "Print Screen" button, and pasting in Paint. Unfortunately, that didn't work either, because when I UNPAUSED the DVD, the picture in Paint "unpaused" as well (I hope that made sense!). Is there anyone computer savvy enough that could help me?!

Ok. I feel really stupid for asking this. But I'm confused.

How do I know if I have a DVD drive? lol. Sorry if that was completly stupid. It's just, when I go to check it does say CD/DVD, but when I put a DVD in, it doesn't read it. So, I'm really confused.

Can anyone help me out?

I normally wouldn't do this, but it's really getting ridiculous.

Requests are not to be made to the main community and they haven't been allowed there for a couple of months now. I've deleted about 3-4 different requests from the main community just in the last day or so. It's just ridiculous and it gets annoying to have to delete them so often. Please try to be more careful, okay?

All requests are to be made here.

Around 300 caps of the first fifteen minutes of PoTC. I'm still working on these as well as getting my other caps up online...finally.
Credit on your resource page is all I ask. Oh, and no hotlinking.

Note: Sorry for the "DVD Viewer" bar across the top, but they' don't impede any of the actual scene, they're in black space. My DVD Player is weird.

I didn't see any caps for this video yet so I thought I would make some for those who are interested.

I'm at my brother's place right now and I'm able to borrow a bunch of his DVD's, so I figured I would post his DVD list to see if someone wanted anything. I can only take requests from this list until tonight at 12am EST, that's when I'm leaving.

So if you could request a scene, or the entire movie, then just go ahead and I'll take the DVD's home tonigh and start capping this week!

Also, I know that I am behind on my older requests but things have been hectic. I will finish all those requests in the next few weeks, but I figured I should take this opportunity though, in case someone is interested in one of these movies.

Sorry that they aren't in alphabetical order but I was majorly stressed for time.

How can I make my caps better quality? I use InterVideo WinDVD on Windows XP. I've tried saving them from .bmp to .jpeg, .png, and .gif, and the quality still is horrible.

Help!

I use BS Player to cap things, but one function has never worked for me - the cap "what you see" bit. I'll open what I want to cap, and start capping, but no matter what I do, it always caps as the original image size, not the desktop size. I've checked time and time again, and I have it set right. I'm not sure if this will help or not, but here is a cap of my settings.

Any and all help is very appreciated. :)
