actually. if you hit the printscreen button and you get that black screen do it again and it like overrides it somehow.. make sure you paused the movie file first though. OR you should invest in powerdvd
The entire image of the MediaPlayer with the cap appears, but when I try to crop only the movie out and copy and paste it into a new document, the black area "behind" the Media Player gets selected, too, and there is no way I can get rid of it.
Also, when I save the image as a JPEG, a grid of black dots appears on the image.

i merely figure it out after being fustrated with it months ago.
