actually. if you hit the printscreen button and you get that black screen do it again and it like overrides it somehow.. make sure you paused the movie file first though. OR you should invest in powerdvd

are you using photoshop? it works with paint to..

hit printscreen open up a art program and hit ctrl v

youll get a black screen bring up the movie hit printscreen again and go back to the art program and hit ctrl v.

i merely figure it out after being fustrated with it months ago.

nope, use microsoft paint that will work also.
